I seriously do not want to kill them.  Can you believe it? A cactus died under my care before!! A cactus!! The most hardy plants ever!!  They could survive in the desert but not my apartment?!!!!!!!!!!  It’s either me or Melbourne’s weather.  I bet it’s Melbourne’s weather. =p

p/s: Please….not another 43c day!!!!!! Argh….

The above numbers are Melbourne’s actual/forecast weather reports from last Tues 27/1 to next Tues 3/2. Arghhhhh.. how I wish I were in the Northern Hemisphere now..

Winter.. I miss you!!!!

Hmm.. why do I always have this urge to have my hair permed right before some special occasions?

My first perm was right before my Taipei trip, the second one was right before my trip to Bangkok, now the third one.. it will be tomorrow, 2 days before Chinese New Year 09.

I’m officially unemployed!!!  oh o..

Many people ask how I’m coping and what I’m gonna do…  the thing is: What else can I do, other than keep praying, keep trying, keep looking, and keep applying (the circle starts again)?  Oh well, wish me better luck next year!

Hmm, not used to having so much time on my hand, doing nothing eh.. at least when I holidayed in Msia, I still had Astro to “work on”.  Hahah.  Is anyone willing to sponsor me an air ticket to fly home?  Many thanks in advance!!

一天猎人带着猎狗去打猎。猎人一枪击中一只兔子的后腿，受伤的兔子开始拼命地奔跑。猎狗在猎人的指示下也是飞奔去追赶兔子。可是追着追着，兔子跑不见了，猎狗只好悻悻地回到猎人身边，猎人开始骂猎狗了：＂你真没用，连一只受伤的兔子都追不到！＂猎狗听了很不服气地回道：＂我尽力而为了呀！＂

再说兔子带伤跑回洞里，它的兄弟们都围过来惊讶地问它：＂那只猎狗很凶呀！你又带了伤，怎么跑得过它的？＂

＂它是尽力而为，我是全力一赴呀！它没追上我，最多挨一顿骂，而我若不全力地跑我就没命了呀！＂

人本来是有很多潜能的，但是我们往往会对自己或对别人找借口：＂管它呢，我们已尽力而为了。＂事实上尽力而为还是不够的，尤其是现在这个竞争激烈的年代。我们应常常问自己，我今天是尽力而为的猎狗，还是全力以赴的兔子呢？

What’s with people going to pubs?  I personally hate pubs.  They are noisy, and crowded.. and you always have to be on high alert.  Not a good place to social with your friends, in my opinion.

What I witnessed tonight confirmed my opinion…tsk tsk… Lucky the sun was my on side and I got to use it as an excuse to leave the party.

Friends, please pick other places for gathering please please please…
